The Busy Life

by Ahmad Mukoshy on April 9th, 2008

Hmmm…

I dont know why life has to be so stressful, nothing comes easy at all. I find my days so full, not even a diary can manage my schedules. Is there actually a way to manage life, to make it easy and much effective as it should be?

Everyday, I wakeup as early as 7am and get ready for school. Sometimes, I get home by 6pm or even late! – Yet, I have some work to do on my computer if not worse with assignments to do as well as courses to study over the night. I also have to getup early the next day for school again.

The cirlcle goes, round and round we go within same radius. Cant we find an alternative to success without stress? This shall be my upcoming research, how to make my life easy.

Sometimes, I find life uneasy… I guess thats how its meant to be.

  1. No buddy! Life doesn’t have to be a rat race. Even though it is easy to say but difficult to implement, but then, quitting and resigning to fate doesn’t make one to be outstanding.

Yes, life is full of challenges. Each man has his hands full of a portion of life problem. But as long as you are alive, you can make a CHOICE!
Whether you believe it or not, where you are today is simply the product of the choices you made before now.

So, my advice to you is that you sit down. Push all the books and assignment aside. Take a notebook and a pencil, it is time to make some serious choices.

Start asking yourself some basic questions such as
    1. Who am I?
    2. What is my purpose in Life?
    3. What will I like to be remembered for after I leave this planet earth? etc.

Next, try to answer those questions. Simply allow the thoughts to flow. No refinement. No perfect answer. If you have multiple answer for a question, simply write it down. When you have spent about 1hour. Stop and go back to your normail schedule.

Remember, you have the power to make a CHOICE!

When next you choose to continue (I suggest it should be a day after). Continue the one man brainstorming session.

Work on your prior answers to determine what your GOAL in Life is. It doesn’t matter what others think about it. What really matter is whether you will feel fulfilled if your obituary reads that you accomplish those goals!

Once this is done, the next step is to PLAN on how you will accomplish them.
Next, break the plans into years, months, week and finally days.

Once you have the blueprint, then you are readly to start LIVING the lifestyle you desire. You can now prioritize your activities. Any activity that will not help you accomplish your goal should be send packing!

All this tips are not easy to implement as I said earlier, but that is the way to ensure you don’t look back at the age of 80years and feel your life was wasted.

God made man and bless him. We are meant to ENJOY our brief stay on earth, not to ENDURE it. Jesus makes the difference. Shalom.
